Anti-Drug Cartoons for Kerala Police
The Kerala Cartoon Academy and the All India Malayali Association (AIMA) jointly organized an anti-drug cartoon competition for school and college students as well as young cartoonists. Kerala Cartoon Academy Chairperson Sudhirnath handed over a consent letter on August 7 to Kerala Police DGP Ravada A. Chandrasekhar, granting selected 100 cartoons drawn by school and college students for an anti-drug cartoon exhibition. The Student Police, functioning under the Kerala Police, will exhibit these cartoons in school and college campuses across the state. Kerala Cartoon Academy Secretary A. Satheesh and Treasurer Sajeev Balakrishnan also participated.

കേരള കാര്ട്ടൂണ് അക്കാദമിയും ആള് ഇന്ത്യ മലയാളി അസോസിയേഷനും (എയ്മ) ചേര്ന്ന് സ്ക്കൂള്, കോളേജ് തലത്തിലുള്ളവര്ക്കും യുവ കാര്ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റുകള്ക്കുമായി ലഹരി വിരുദ്ധ കാര്ട്ടൂണ് മത്സരം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. കേരള കാര്ട്ടൂണ് അക്കാദമി ചെയര്പേഴ്സണ് സുധീര്നാഥ് സ്കൂള് കോളേജ് വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള് വരച്ച തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത 100 കാര്ട്ടൂണുകള് ലഹരി വിരുദ്ധ കാര്ട്ടൂണുകളുടെ പ്രദര്ശനത്തിന് നല്കുന്ന സമ്മതപത്രം കേരള പോലീസ് ഡി.ജി.പി. രവേഡ എ. ചന്ദ്രശേഖരിന് ആസസ്റ്റ് 7ന് ക്കൈമാറി. കേരള പോലീസിന് കീഴില് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് പോലീസ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സ്കൂള് കോളേജ് ക്യാമ്പസുകളില് കാര്ട്ടൂണുകള് പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കും. കേരള കാര്ട്ടൂണ് അക്കാദമി സെക്രട്ടറി എ. സതീഷും, ട്രഷറര് സജീവ് ബാലകൃഷ്ണനും പങ്കെടുത്തു.
