 AIMA Kerala Cartoon Academy Cartoon Competition Results

The results of the traffic awareness cartoon competition jointly organized by the Kerala Cartoon Academy and the All India Malayali Association (AIMA) for school and college students as well as young cartoonists have been announced.

The theme of the competition was chosen with the aim of promoting an accident-free new academic year. Every academic year, many lives are lost in accidents. The cartoon competition was organized with children's participation to raise awareness and help prevent such tragedies.

The jury consisted of K. Unnikrishnan representing the Kerala Cartoon Academy, Jayaraj Nair representing AIMA, Traffic Enforcement Department officer Vinod Kumar, journalist Kiran Babu, and artist Binuraj Kalapeedom. The preliminary jury, on behalf of the Kerala Cartoon Academy executive committee, included competition coordinator and cartoonist Madhoos, Kerala Cartoon Academy Chairman Sudheer Nath, and Secretary A. Satheesh.

In both categories, the first prize winners will receive ₹10,000, a certificate of merit, and a gift book bag. Second prize winners will receive ₹7,500, a certificate of merit, and a gift book bag. Third prize winners will receive ₹5,000, a certificate of merit, and a gift book bag. Ten participants will receive encouragement awards consisting of a certificate of merit and a gift book bag.

Participants up to 17 years of age were included in the Junior category, while those aged 18 to 25 were included in the Senior category.

എയ്മ കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ മത്സര ഫലം.

കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമിയും ആള്‍ ഇന്ത്യ മലയാളി അസോസിയേഷനും (എയ്മ) ചേര്‍ന്ന് സ്ക്കൂള്‍, കോളേജ് തലത്തിലുള്ളവര്‍ക്കും യുവ കാര്‍ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റുകള്‍ക്കുമായി നടത്തിയ ട്രാഫിക്ക് ബോധവത്ക്കരണ കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ മത്സരത്തിന്‍റെ ഫലം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. അപകടമില്ലാത്ത പുതിയ അദ്ധ്യായന വര്‍ഷം ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് മത്സരത്തിന് വിഷയം നല്‍കിയത്. എല്ലാ അധ്യായന വര്‍ഷങ്ങളിലും നിരവധി അപകടങ്ങളില്‍  ജീവനുകള്‍ പൊലിയുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതിനെതിരെ പ്രതിരോധം തീര്‍ക്കാനാണ് കുട്ടികളെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ മത്സരം നടത്തിയത്. കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി പ്രതിനിധിയായി കെ. ഉണ്ണിക്യഷ്ണന്‍, എയ്മ പ്രതിനിധിയായി ജയരാജ് നായര്‍, ട്രാഫിക്ക് എന്‍ഫോഴ്സ്മെന്‍റ് വകുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ വിനോദ് കുമാര്‍, മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായ കിരണ്‍ ബാബു, ആര്‍ട്ടിസ്റ്റ് ബിനുരാജ് കലാപീഠം എന്നിവരായിരുന്നു ജൂറി അംഗങ്ങള്‍. കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി നിര്‍വാഹക സമിതിക്ക് വേണ്ടി മത്സരത്തിന്‍റെ കോഡിനേറ്ററായ കാര്‍ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റ് മധൂസ്, കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ സുധീര്‍ നാഥ്, സെക്രട്ടറി എ. സതീഷ് എന്നിവര്‍ പ്രാഥമിക ജൂറിയായിരുന്നു. ഇരു വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയവര്‍ക്ക് 10,000 രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും, സമ്മാന പുസ്തക സഞ്ചിയും, രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയവര്‍ക്ക് 7,500 രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും, സമ്മാന പുസ്തക സഞ്ചിയും, മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയവര്‍ക്ക് 5,000 രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും, സമ്മാന പുസ്തക സഞ്ചിയും, പത്ത് പേര്‍ക്ക് പ്രോത്സാഹന സമ്മാനമായി പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും, സമ്മാന പുസ്തക സഞ്ചിയും നല്‍കും. 17 വയസ് വരെയുള്ളവരെ ജൂനിയര്‍ വിഭാഗത്തിലും, 18 വയസ് മുതല്‍ 25 വയസ് വരെ ഉള്ളവരെ സീനിയര്‍ വിഭാഗത്തിലുമാണ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയത്.
