Kerala Cartoon Academy Events

On February 27, 2011, the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Kerala Cartoon Academy and a gathering of cartoonists were held at the Government Guest House Auditorium in Ernakulam. 2011 ഫെബ്രുവരി 27 ന് കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമിയുടെ 30 ാം വാര്‍ഷിക പൊതുയോഗവും, കാര്‍ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റ് സംഗമവും, എറണാകുളം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഗസ്റ്റ് ഹൗസ് ആഡിറ്റോറിയത്തില്‍ നടന്നു.

On February 23, 2011, the first copy of the commemorative book *50 50 Rasool Rahman*, published by the Kerala Cartoon Academy, was received by President Pratibha Patil from KCA Secretary Sudheer Nath. It was a rare occasion in the 30-year history of the Kerala Cartoon Academy. Witnessing the event were cartoonists Jayanto Banerjee, Uday Shankar, Balakrishnan Anatt, and Prashanth, along with renowned journalists D. Vijayamohan, N. Ashokan, George Kallivayalil, V. B. Parameswaran, Prashanth Raghuvansham, Kerala Resident Commissioner U. K. S. Chauhan, and K. Madhavan Nair. 2011 ഫെബ്രുവരി 23 ന് കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി പുറത്തിറക്കിയ 50 50 റസൂല്‍ റഹ്മാന്‍ എന്ന സമ്മാന പുസ്തകത്തിന്‍റെ ആദ്യ കോപ്പി രാഷ്ട്രപതി പ്രതിഭാ പട്ടേല്‍ സെക്രട്ടറി സുധീര്‍നാഥില്‍ നിന്ന് എറ്റു വാങ്ങി. കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി യുടെ 30 വര്‍ഷത്തെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ അപൂര്‍വ്വ ചടങ്ങായിരുന്നു. ഇതിന് സാക്ഷികളാകാന്‍ കാര്‍ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റുകളായ ജയന്തോ ബാനര്‍ജി, ഉദയ് ശങ്കര്‍, ബാലക്യഷ്ണന്‍ അനാട്ട്, പ്രശാന്ത് എന്നിവരെ കൂടാതെ പ്രശസ്ത പത്രപ്രവര്...

On February 2, 2011, as part of the Kerala Cartoon Academy's completion of 30 years, a table calendar released by the Academy was launched by the Academy's former Chairman and MLA, M.M. Monayi. Academy Vice Chairman Balu, Sajeev, Badusha, and others attended the function. 2011 ഫെബ്രുവരി 2 ന് കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി 30 വര്‍ഷം പിന്നിടുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി പുറത്തിറക്കിയ ടേബിള്‍ കലണ്ടര്‍, അക്കാദമി മുന്‍ ചെയര്‍മാനും എംഎല്‍എയുമായ എം.എം മോനായി പുറത്തിറക്കി. അക്കാദമി വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ബാലു, സജ്ജീവ്, ബാദുഷ, തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ ചടങ്ങില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
