As representatives of the Kerala Cartoon Academy, Treasurer Adv. P. U. Noushad, Vice Chairman Anoop Radhakrishnan, and Executive Committee Member K. Unnikrishnan participated in the meeting convened by the Kochi Mayor on October 14 regarding the formulation of a cultural policy document for the city of Kochi. At the meeting, Vice Chairman Anoop Radhakrishnan suggested that the Cartoon Festival organized annually by the Academy should be made an official program of the Kochi Corporation and that spaces for laughter should be created throughout the city. K. Unnikrishnan requested the implementation of policies to conduct cartoon festivals for children and thereby help the younger generation develop a closer connection with the city.
