The proceeds from the Caricature Challenge were donated to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund.

An amount of ₹2,02,000 raised through the Caricature Challenge organized as part of Karittoon by the Kerala Cartoon Academy was donated to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund on September 1, 2024. The Caricature Challenge was organized on August 22 and 23 in the central courtyard of the Kerala High Court as a support initiative for Wayanad by the Academy for Advanced Legal Studies and Training (ALT) and the Kerala Cartoon Academy.

ALT President and Additional Advocate General Ashok M. Cherian, along with Kerala Cartoon Academy Chairman Sudheer Nath, handed over the cheque to the Chief Minister. The ceremony was held at the Durbar Hall Gallery of the Lalithakala Akademi. Those who attended included Cultural Affairs Minister Saji Cherian, Industries Minister P. Rajeev, Mayor Adv. M. Anilkumar, MP Hibi Eden, MLA T. J. Vinod, Lalithakala Akademi Chairperson Murali Cheeroth, Treasurer Adv. P. U. Naushad, Karittoon Director Ratheesh Ravi, Cartoon Academy Vice Chairman Anoop Radhakrishnan, ALT Secretary Adv. C. E. Unnikrishnan, and Lalithakala Akademi Secretary Balamurali Krishnan, among others.

കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി  കാരിട്ടൂണിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച കാരിക്കേച്ചര്‍ ചലഞ്ച് വഴി ലഭിച്ച 2,02,000  രൂപ 2024 സെപ്തംബര്‍ 1ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ദുരിതാശ്വാസനിധിയിലേക്ക് നല്‍കി. അക്കാദമി ഫോര്‍ അഡ്വാന്‍സ്ഡ് ലീഗല്‍ സ്റ്റഡീസ് ആന്‍റ് ട്രെയിനിങ്ങും (ആള്‍ട്ട്)  കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമിയും ചേര്‍ന്നാണ് വയനാടിന്  കൈത്താങ്ങായി പരിപാടി ആഗസ്റ്റ്  22, 23 തീയതികളില്‍ കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ നടുത്തളത്തില്‍ കാരിക്കേച്ചര്‍ ചലഞ്ച് ഒരുക്കിയത്. ആള്‍ട്ട് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ്  അഡീഷണല്‍ അഡ്വ. ജനറല്‍ അശോക്. എം. ചെറിയാനും കേരള കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ സുധീര്‍നാഥും  ചേര്‍ന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് ചെക്ക് കൈമാറി.   ലളിതകലാ അക്കാദമി ദര്‍ബാര്‍ ഹാള്‍ ഗ്യാലറിയിലെ ചടങ്ങില്‍  സാംസ്കാരിക  മന്ത്രി സജി ചെറിയാന്‍, വ്യവസായ  മന്ത്രി പി. രാജീവ് ,  മേയര്‍ അഡ്വ. എം. അനില്‍കുമാര്‍, ഹൈബി ഈഡന്‍ എം.പി,  ടി. ജെ വിനോദ് എം എല്‍ എ,  ലളിതകലാ അക്കാദമി ചെയര്‍പേഴ്സണ്‍ മുരളി ചീരോത്ത്, ട്രഷറര്‍ അഡ്വ. പി.യു. നൗഷാദ്, കാരിട്ടൂണ്‍ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ രതീഷ് രവി, കാര്‍ട്ടൂണ്‍ അക്കാദമി വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ അനൂപ് രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്‍, ആള്‍ട്ട് സെക്രട്ടറി അഡ്വ: സി. ഇ. ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്‍, ലളിത കലാ അക്കാദമി സെക്രട്ടറി ബാലമുരളീ കൃഷ്ണന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍  പങ്കെടുത്തു.

  Toon Craft Season 2 Season 2 of the two-day skill development cartoon camp, organized exclusively for members of the Kerala Cartoon Academy, was held on March 21 and 22, 2026, at the Thottumukham YMCA on the banks of the Periyar River in Aluva. Academy Executive Committee member and cartoonist Ratheesh Ravi served as the camp director. Thirty-nine members of the Kerala Cartoon Academy participated in the camp. The two-day skill development camp, led by the Kerala Cartoon Academy, was organized as a prelude to the Election Cartoon Exhibition. On the first day, March 21, K. Unnikrishnan, former chairman of the Kerala Cartoon Academy and a senior cartoonist, spoke on the topic “The Journey of a Line,” discussing the stories behind cartoons and their origins. Kerala Cartoon Academy honored its member Davinchi Suresh at the annual general meeting held in Ernakulam. The chief guest, Father Justin Kaipadampadan, Managing Director of Sathyadeepam, draped him with a ceremonial shawl. Kerala Cartoon Academy Chairman Sudheer Nath presented a memento. Secretary A. Satheesh and Treasurer B. Sajeev Balakrishnan extended their greetings and witnessed the ceremony, along with prominent cartoonists from Kerala. The Kerala Cartoon Academy honored Davinchi Suresh in recognition of his unique achievements in the field of visual arts across one hundred different media. Davinchi Suresh is an artist who has brought his own responses to numerous social issues that occurred in Kerala over the past ten years before the public through his sculptural artworks.
