Exhibition of Election Cartoons in Ernakulam
Amid the heated election season, a two-day election cartoon exhibition titled *Electoons 2024*, featuring selected humorous cartoons drawn by members of the Kerala Cartoon Academy, was inaugurated on May 14, 2024, at the Ernakulam Lalithakala Akademi Art Gallery by Kochi Mayor Adv. M. Anilkumar.
At the function, Cartoon Academy Vice Chairman Anoop Radhakrishnan presided over the event. Secretary A. Satheesh delivered the introductory speech. Kochi Mayor Adv. M. Anilkumar inaugurated the exhibition.
Hibi Eden, Shine Teacher, Dr. K. S. Radhakrishnan, and Francis George, who contested in the parliamentary election, shared their experiences from the election campaign period. Academy Treasurer P. U. Noushad delivered the vote of thanks.
Members of the Cartoon Academy Executive Committee, including K. Unni Krishnan, Baiju Paulose, K. V. M. Unni, Madhoos, and Vinu Nair, as well as members T. V. G. Menon, John Kakkanad, Aji Athiman, Tenzing, Jayaraj T. G., Job, John Arts, Manoj Mathassheriyil, Mohana Kumaran, Pradeepan P., Satheesh Vellinezhi, Suresh P., Sunil Pankaj, and others, participated in the event.
