Anjan Satheesh @ Delhi

On December 4, 2015, at 5:00 p.m., former Defence Minister and former Chief Minister A. K. Antony invited Anjan and his family to his home and honored them. Antony spent about an hour and fifteen minutes with Anjan, and Anjan presented caricatures he had drawn of Antony and his wife, Elizabeth. It later became widely discussed that Antony took a selfie with Anjan for the first time in his life.

On December 5, Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala, the President's Press Secretary Venu Rajamony, and many others visited to congratulate him. Anjan and his parents also received a special invitation to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan. Anjan spent considerable time in the President's library, browsing through editions of *Punch* and other publications. Seeing the original works of British cartoonists and artists was a unique experience for Anjan.

2015 ഡിസംബര്‍ 4ാം തിയതി 5മണിക്ക് മുന്‍ പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രിയും മുന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ എ കെ ആന്‍റണി അഞ്ജനേയും കുടുംബത്തേയും വീട്ടില്‍ വിളിച്ചു വരുത്തി ആദരിച്ചു. ഒന്നേകാല്‍ മണിക്കൂറോളം അഞ്ജനോടൊപ്പം ചിലവിട്ട അദ്ദേഹത്തിനും ഭാര്യ എലിസബത്തിനും അഞ്ജന്‍ കാരിക്കേച്ചറുകള്‍ വരച്ച് സമ്മാനിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം ജീവിതത്തില്‍ ആദ്യമായി അഞ്ജനോടൊപ്പം സെല്‍ഫി എടുത്തത് പിന്നീട് എറെ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഡിസംബര്‍ 5ന് കേരള അഭ്യന്തിരമന്ത്രി രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തല, രാഷ്ട്രപതിയുടെ പ്രസ്സ് സെക്രട്ടറി വേണു രാജാമണി തുടങ്ങി ഒട്ടേറെ പേര്‍ അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങളുമായി എത്തിയിരുന്നു. രാഷ്ട്രപതി ഭവനില്‍ പ്രത്യേക ക്ഷണിതാവായി അഞ്ജനും മാതാപിതാക്കള്‍ക്കും ചുറ്റി കാണുവാന്‍ അവസരവും ലഭിച്ചു. രാഷ്ട്രപതിയുടെ ലൈബ്രറിയില്‍ ഏറെ സമയം ചിലവഴിച്ച അഞ്ജന്‍ പഞ്ചിന്‍റേയും മറ്റും പതിപ്പുകള്‍ മറിച്ച് നോക്കി. ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് കാര്‍ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റുകളുടേയും ചിത്രകാരന്‍മാരുടേയും ഒറിജിനല്‍ വരകള്‍ അഞ്ജന് വേറിട്ട അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു.
