34th AGM - Kerala Cartoon Academy
2015 General Meeting.
The new office bearers of the Kerala Cartoon Academy were elected at the Academy's annual meeting held on April 26, 2015, at Ernakulam Teachers' House. The returning officer was M. M. Monayi, former chairman of the Academy and a senior cartoonist. For the first time in the history of the Kerala Cartoon Academy, a vote was held for a position at the 2015 annual meeting. In the election for the post of secretary, Sudheer Nath received more votes than Anil Vega and was elected secretary. Chairman Prasannan Aanikkad and vice-chairmen Jayaraj Velloor and K. Unnikrishnan were elected unopposed. Manoj Mattassery was elected joint secretary, and M. S. Mohanachandran was elected treasurer. The following were elected as members of the executive committee: Aravindan, Rajendrakumar, Abba Vazhoor, Surendran Varachal, Noushad P. U., Anil Vega, Ratheesh Ravi, Suresh K. K., Anoop Radhakrishnan, and Suresh Da Vinci.പൊതുയോഗം.
2015 ഏപ്രില് മാസം 26ന് എറണാകുളം അദ്ധ്യാപകഭവനില് ചേര്ന്ന കേരള കാര്ട്ടൂണ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ വാര്ഷിക യോഗത്തിലാണ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ പുതിയ ഭാരവാഹികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. അക്കാദമി മുന് ചെയര്മാനും മുതിര്ന്ന കാര്ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റുമായ എം എം മോനായി ആയിരുന്നു വരണാധികാരി. കേരള കാര്ട്ടൂണ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ ചരിത്രത്തില് ആദ്യമായി ഒരു സ്ഥാനത്തേയ്ക്ക് വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടന്നത് 2015ലെ വാര്ഷിക യോഗത്തിലാണ്. സെക്രട്ടറി സ്ഥാനത്തേയ്ക്ക് നടന്ന വോട്ടെടുപ്പില് അനില് വേഗയെക്കാള് കൂടുതല് വോട്ട് നേടി സുധീര് നാഥ് സെക്രട്ടറി സ്ഥാനത്ത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ചെയര്മാന് പ്രസന്നന് ആനിക്കാട്, വൈസ് ചെയര്മാന് ജയരാജ് വെള്ളൂരും കെ ഉണ്ണിക്യഷ്ണനും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത് എതിരില്ലാതെയായിരുന്നു. ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി മനോജ് മത്താശ്ശേരിയും ട്രഷറര് എം എസ്സ് മോഹനചന്ദ്രനുമാണ് മറ്റ് പ്രധാന ഭാരവാഹികള്. നിര്വ്വാഹക സമിതി അംഗങ്ങളായി അരവിന്ദന്, രജീന്ദ്രകുമാര്, അബ്ബ വാഴൂര്, സുരേന്ദ്രന് വാരച്ചാല്, നൗഷാദ് പി യു, അനില് വേഗാ, രതീഷ് രവി, സുരേഷ് കെ കെ, അനൂപ് രാധാക്യഷ്ണന്, സുരേഷ് ഡാവിഞ്ചി എന്നിവരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.
