History of Malayalam Cartoons: Seminar and Cartoon Exhibition.
On November 9, 2007, with the cooperation of the Department of Malayalam at Bharata Mata College, Thrikkakara, the Kerala Cartoon Academy successfully organized a seminar on the history of Malayalam cartoons. The seminar was inaugurated by Adv. M. M. Monayi, Chairman of the Kerala Cartoon Academy. Prof. Alice, Head of the Department of Malayalam, presided over the event. Cartoonist Sukumar delivered the keynote address. An exhibition showcasing the history of Malayalam cartoons was also organized as part of the seminar.
